At Achieve Incentives & Meetings, we call Kimberly our “corporate counselor”. We brought her on last year to facilitate our annual retreat. This was our first experience in having a facilitator lead our meeting and we’ve never gotten more accomplished. Our team was thrilled with the work Pete Honsberger provided at a reunion conference for our active warrior volunteers. Pete spoke with the group on How to Build Authentic Trust and centered the dialog around building trust at the warrior’s events and peer support group meetings . Our warrior volunteers took home skills for building trust, as well as a renewed desire to return to their communities to service their brothers and sisters. Pete not only was knowledgeable of the material, energized the group, but he also showed a passion and appreciation for Wounded Warrior Project’s mission. He engaged and conversed with our warriors during dinners and on breaks. Pete took the time to learn about the warriors and what their drive is for giving back to WWP. That support showed our team that he goes the extra mile for his clients and is why we will look forward to working with Pete in the future.
