ITS Leadership Community Forum Overview

You’re invited to our new, revolutionary form of the ITS Leadership program where individual leaders can see the benefits of our ITS Leadership Cohort Program while learning from and networking with like-minded leaders at local companies! Attendees for the ITS Leadership Community Forum are enrolled on an individual basis, making this the perfect leadership development solution for companies that don’t have a full cohort of next-level leaders. Participants will experience the entire Foundational ITS Leadership course in 6 months alongside rising leaders in the area.

Sessions Completed in 4-8 Week Increments

Participants attend 5 full session days spread out between 4-8 weeks and complete the program in 6 months.

Sessions will primarily take place at our Traction Leadership Center at 29065 Clemens Rd Ste 300, Westlake, OH 44145. If necessary, sessions may be conducted offsite within 20 minutes of downtown Cleveland.

The cost to participate is $2,000 for each individual registrant and includes all food, refreshments, collateral, playbooks, and team-building activities.
